We give a ballpark on the call, then confirm the exact number in writing once we're at the job and can see what's actually going on. You approve that price before a wrench touches anything, no surprises on the invoice.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clearwater carries License #M-38914 (sample) and is licensed, bonded, and insured. Ask to see it on the truck; every tech carries a copy.
How fast can someone come out?
Typical arrival is 45 to 90 minutes from your call inside our service area. Burst pipe or no water at all? Say so when you call and we'll bump you to the front of the schedule, day or night.
Do you handle water heaters and softeners?
Water heaters, yes, tank or tankless, most installs finished same day. Softener installs and hookups too, as part of a fixture or repipe job. Ask when you call and we'll tell you straight if it's a same-visit job or needs a scheduled slot.
