Common questions
Where does the business data come from?
Overture Maps, an open data project backed by Meta, Microsoft, Amazon and TomTom. It is licensed for commercial use, which is why there is no per-record data fee buried in your bill.
What happens to the customers I already have?
You upload your list and FieldRoute matches it against the territory sweep. Matched businesses get marked as customers rather than duplicated, so your prospect list is only the people you do not sell to yet.
How accurate is that matching?
Measured against a 238 row list with known answers: 146 of 148 real customers found, and zero prospects wrongly marked as existing customers. The two it missed were chains with two identically named branches and no address, which nothing could tell apart.
Is there a seat minimum?
